how has it been working out for them?
ReplyDeleteI heard there is a group in a neighboring town that is working on something similar. It would be interesting to see how it develops.
ReplyDeletewhy can't anyone do this in Bergen county? why did the initiative fail 2 years ago? I think there is interest in BC. anyone have any insights?
ReplyDeleteI know many on this site have said this can never happen so, FYI.....

Definitely the Florida GOP's dream... if it is going to happen, this is the year to do it, Florida will NEVER have this right wing a government again... Republicans hold every statewide office, huge majorities in the legislature, and after Bush and Crist, actually has a Republican majority (Bush didn't appoint anyone, Crist did)... so it's a moderate Center-right court...
ReplyDeleteThat said, when vouchers have come up in polls and votes in Florida, they fail miserably, so it might be a suicide run to put it in place...
If a program like this one was started in Bergen County, do you think people (in the 200k-250k) range would consider sending their kids?
